Mc Donald’s will combine meat from different delivery batches; therefore, the meat in your burger can be a combination of up to 100 different cattle! McDonald’s smoothies also contain more sugar than coke.

Eating bananas are a natural way to boost your mood as the banana is the only fruit that contains the amino acid tryptophan, plus vitamin B6 which help your body produce the feel-good chemical serotonin.

#4. Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate (70% or higher cocoa content) is a powerful source of antioxidants, therefore; it can lower blood pressure and help improve your overall brain function.
