Brooke Ellis is a young make-up artist from the UK who is quickly gaining a following through her vivacious and beautiful makeup designs that range from the dark Joker look to bright and colorful candy-themed designs that pop off the page!
Ellis has also started her own website called Bee-Luxury where she not only shares her make-up designs but she uses it as a platform to talk about fashion, beauty, health, and fitness and shows that anyone can express themselves through the art of make-up.
